All orders ship from out from Winnipeg, Manitoba via Canada post within 1-3 business days.

To keep shipping costs down we offer shipping via Canada Post Lettermail. This option does not have any tracking and therefore does come with an element of risk. Please note that standard lettermail may take up to two weeks for delivery in Canada and up to three weeks in the USA. If you require your package sooner please select the Xpresspost option.

Please note that we do not accept returns at this time.

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged please send us an email at hello@fenleapaperco.ca as soon as possible with photos for the item and the packaging so that we may determine the next steps forward and resolve the issue.
